We believe in the overall importance of holistic development for infants and young children.  We support children’s learning and development by providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.

We value the concept of encouraging and extending children’s strengths and interests within a child-initiated curriculum. Our teachers offer an environment which promotes physical, social play and a range of experiences to develop intellectual, emotional, spiritual development.

We encourage partnerships with parents, whanau and our wider community. Our close liaison with Leigh School promotes a smooth transition for children.
  
We honour the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi –
Te tiriti o Waitangi and are committed to embedding biculturalism into our teaching practice and upholding the principals of Te Whāriki our Early Childhood Curriculum

    Phoenix pre-k is also good in educating the children in very easy way so that they can easily learn and can have fun with learning new things so that don't feel bore and feel interesting to learn new things.
